1. Exhaust treatment is generally only targeted at local operations on the cutting surface, specifically to control the local airflow, so that the local work site is not contaminated by harmful substances,
Maintain a good air environment. Generally, a local exhaust fan unit consists of four parts: an air collection hood, air ducts, a purification system, and a fan. Local exhaust can be divided into fixed local exhaust systems and mobile local exhaust systems according to different collection methods. The fixed local exhaust system is mainly used in large CNC cutting production workshops where the operating location and worker operation mode are fixed. The position of the air collection hood can be fixed at once according to the actual situation. The working state of the mobile local exhaust system is relatively flexible, and different working postures can be adopted according to different working conditions to ensure processing efficiency and convenience for operators.
The purification system for CNC cutting dust and harmful gases usually adopts a bag or electrostatic precipitator combined with adsorbent purification method, which has high processing efficiency and stable working state.
2. Comprehensive ventilation, also known as dilution ventilation, dilutes the concentration of harmful substances in indoor air with clean air, so that the concentration of harmful substances in indoor air does not exceed the maximum allowable concentration specified by hygiene standards, while continuously discharging polluted air outdoors or collecting and purifying it. Comprehensive ventilation includes natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation. In foreign countries, natural ventilation is generally used for outdoor CNC cutting operations or open space CNC cutting, while mechanical ventilation is usually used for indoor operations. By installing axial flow fans on walls or ceilings, welding fumes in the workshop can be discharged outdoors, or purified by purifiers and circulated in the workshop, achieving the goal of reducing the concentration of smoke and dust in the workshop. Circulating purified air solves the energy loss in the workshop, and this method is widely used abroad.
