1) Designate a security administrator, determine their scope of responsibilities, and provide safety operation and education to laser processing operators.
2) Designate a laser safety management area and set up warning cards at the entrance of the management area, including laser machine power, laser type, no entry, eye protection, and the name of the safety administrator.
3) When not using the laser processing machine, the main power supply should be disconnected to avoid injury caused by misoperation.
4) The smoke and laser gas generated during the processing should be discharged outdoors through the exhaust pipe, and all gas cylinders should be neat and firm.
